Description

Jacket based on an unbranded American coverall from the 1910 discovered in a coal mine, in a ”TWEEDUROY” fabric - a corduroy printed with a tweed pattern to resemble wool tweed. Primarily used for boys’ clothing and school uniforms, the fabric seems to have been developed for a greater durability compared to wool. This unique fabric was developed by Hockmeyer Company in Massachusetts. Features two front patch pockets and iron buttons marked with original engravings & uncoated to age over time
