When you place an order at www.chcmshop.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details. To process your payment, you will be transferred to our credit card processing merchant service provided by Stripe
We accept most major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard & American Express. Credit card payments are made in collaboration with our Credit Card merchant, Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact us by email or phone. You will receive confirmation by email when your payment is made.
Clothing sold for $110 & above is subject to New York State Sales Tax if the order is shipped within New York State. New York Tax is 8.875%
All products found on the site are currently in stock unless the product is listed as “SOLD OUT”. If you would like us to order you something that is out of stock please advise us by email & we will try our best to get it for you
Delivery & Shipping Rates
All domestic orders are shipped with UPS and are fully insured. All international orders are shipped with UPS and USPS (insurance & tracking is optional) Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order being received. You will receive confirmation by email when goods are shipped. Shipping rates are determined by weight & destination.
Exchange & Refunds
You are entitled to an exchange or refund if you are not fully satisfied with your order. Please contact us by email before returning any item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging included. Exchange and refund is not valid to underwear. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to place the original order. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed with C’H'C’M’. We suggest taking out insurance on any return as we will not be responsible for lost return packages.
All Sale Items are ‘Final Sale’ so we do not offer refunds on these, however we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit.
