'R17 Y3 Jacket' (Black Master Shield)

Hooded Jacket in a 'Master Shield' cloth originally developed for the British Air Force in 19th century and later approved for Japanese production and supply to Japanese defence force and coast guard. Using 100% Giza cotton from Egypt, a super fine thread is woven at a maximum density. When exposed to water, the fibres expand, making it impervious to rain. The use of no coatings or finishings results in a fabric that when dry, allows sweat and water vapour to escape easily.with generous armholes, sleeves and swing through the body. Features slashed pockets that extend down from the arm holes, 25mm army buttons threaded onto car seatbelt tape and self bound edges
