'R20 G4 Mini Messenger' (Black Hide)

Messenger bag in a horse leather, made in collaboration with designer Rikiya Matsumura, based on a Royal Mail delivery bag. Leather sourced in Europe as a by product of the meat industry, then vegetable tanned by Shinki Leather in Himeji, Japan. Tanned using a traditional method, in which hides are soaked for extended periods in deep pits filled with natural tannins, such as mimosa bark. Once tanned the leather is dried, cured, and hand finished, revealing softness and supple grain. Cut, assembled, and sewn in Hyogo, Japan. Features spacious main compartment with internal padded laptop sleeve, front bellow pockets, high density strap with a shoulder pad, signature hardware, coated brass snap closure made for MAN–TLE in Germany, and a Jotun powder coated aluminum strap slider, laser cut for MAN–TLE in Australia.
