'R21 S4 OD Shirt' (Dark Mud)

Long sleeve shirt in a cotton linen high density parachute cloth woven on a wooden shuttle loom in Shizuoka, Japan. This garment is first dyed in a tannin–rich dye bath made from the bark of local Teichiki wood, which then reacts to immersion in iron–rich mud, dorotetsu. This garment has undergone 25 cycles of Dorozome (mud–dyeing) to achieve the depth of colour. Designed to evolve with washing, wear, and exposure to sunlight. Hand–dyed by Kanai Kougei in Amami–Ōshima. Features high stand collar, button front, chest pocket and corozo buttons. Relaxed fit with straight body
